| Description: | We have an outstanding opportunity for a Supervisor in our Plant Health Care Department in our Denver Headquarters. Position will be responsible for: • Training • Supervising • Safety • Developing and motivating crews • Assisting management with planning for the growth and profitability of the department • Daily interaction with crews in the field, as well as with customers. • Performing PHC duties in the field as needed. The Supervisor must have the equivalent of a Qualified Supervisors License in Colorado in Category 207 (Ornamental); Any of the following are highly reccomended - Structural (Category 304) Right-of-Way (Category 107) and Turf (206). Also preferred are a Commercial Driver License (CDL), ISA Certification, 2 or 4 year Degree in a Green Industry discipline, Sales/Estimating experience, strong product knowledge, plant identification and technical application skills, as well as solid administrative ability and business competency. Proven leadership ability is a must! Previous supervisory and training experience is required.
