The Special Projects Manager would be responsible for management of various projects and personnel:
Provide turnkey management of utility vegetation management projects for clients, including assessment, budgeting, inventory, layout, work/bid specifications, customer/landowner notification & conflict resolution, project implementation, field management, auditing, and reporting
Work as part of a strong team with a focus on environmental stewardship to successfully provide high quality vegetation management consulting services to meet and exceed client's expectations
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with city, county, and state agencies, contractors and consultants
Maintain strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Strive to seek out and develop new business opportunities

ISA Certified Arborist
ISA Utility Specialist, Registered Professional Forester, Pest Control Advisor and Qualified Pesticide Applicator Certifications desired
A.S./B.S. in Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Environmental Sciences, Biology, Botany, or related discipline preferred
Proficient in common computer word processing, spreadsheet applications, and mapping software.
Knowledge and demonstrated experience in GIS highly desired Demonstrated public relations and investigative skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills, independent decision-making skills, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
