The Care of Trees, is seeking qualified candidates for an Assistant Client Experience Coordinator position. The Care of Trees provides tree care and arboricultural services to residential and commercial clients throughout the region. The Client Experience Coordinator is often the first point of contact for our prospects/clients and plays an important role in their overall client experience. This position is responsible for general office and client administrative functions within the office.
Assists with and handles office activities associated with tree care and plant health care operations. Position involves handling incoming calls, scheduling of prospect/client calls, creating contracts, entering employee time sheets, maintaining client account information; billing/invoicing, managing accounts receivables and maintaining files. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office; including Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.
- Experience in office processes and office administration procedures
- Outstanding telephone and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines, attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Preferred qualifications include prior working experience with SAP systems
